- Nancy, In accordance with the guidance in LIC-102, Revision 2, please find attached the EPTB safety evaluations (SEs) associated with TAC Nos. ME5749 and ME5750 (Beaver Valley Alternative Request VRR3) and TAC No. ME5752 (Beaver Valley Alternative Request VRR4). The transmittal of this e-mail documents EPTBs concurrence with the attached SEs. DEs Administrative Assistant will place this e-mail and the attachments into ADAMS to document the completion of our reviews and will provide separate ADAMS ML Nos. for each relief request, to the Beaver Valley Project Manager (N. Morgan).
