Improper limit switch gear from previous conversion to new style switch mech resulted in abnormal gear wear possibly causing limit malfunction. Motor, switch mech, and limit switch gear replaced, valve operable. Personnel will be instructec to replace limit switch gear if new switch melh. is installed.
