As the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ("Board") is aware, the NRC Staff ("StaW) is preparing to issue a Supplement to the Safety Evaluation Report ("SER") in this proceeding. As noted in the Board's "Amended Scheduling Order" of June 7,2011, the Staff had expected to issue the SER Supplement on August 19, 2011. Order at 2 n.2.

The Staff wishes to inform you and the parties that the projected date for issuance of the SER Supplement has been revised, and that the Staff currently expects to issue the SER Supplement on or about August 31, 2011.
