Dear Administrative Judges:
By letter dated March 31, 2011, the NRC Staff ("Staff') transmitted to the Atomic Safety Licensing and Safety Board ("Board") and parties, Supplement 26 to the NRC Staff's hearing file in this proceeding. Included with that transmittal was Attachment 1, containing a list of documents that were made publicly available by the Staff, with their accession numbers in the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System ("ADAMS"). Two privilege logs (Attachments 2 and 3) were also provided with my letter.
After transmitting Supplement 26 to the hearing file, the Staff discovered that it had inadvertently transmitted an incomplete list of the documents that had been made publicly available, in that Attachment 1 omitted four documents which the Staff had made available in the Electronic Hearing Docket.
Attached hereto is a corrected version of Attachment 1 to Hearing File Supplement 26, correctly listing all of the documents which the Staff had then made available in the Electronic Hearing Docket. The newly listed documents are listed in Attachment 1 as items 026-022.026-023, 026-024, and 026-025.
