Dear Sir or Madam:
In Reference 1, the NRC issued Security Order EA-2010-051 (Order) to Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power) after Luminant Power identified near-term plans to store spent fuel in an ISFSI under general license provisions of 10 CFR Part 72. The Order required Luminant Power to implement the security measures set forth in Attachments I and 2 of the Order. Luminant Power responded to the Order with the letter in Reference 2 providing a schedule for achieving compliance with each requirement described in Attachments 1 and 2 of the Order.
By the letter in Reference 3, Luminant Power requested schedular relief from certain terms of NRC Order EA-2010-051. The Relief Request was approved with the Reference 4 letter.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission TXX-1 1076 Page 2 06/13/2011 NRC Order EA-2010-051 also required Luminant Power report to the Commission when it has achieved full compliance with the requirements described in the Order. This letter is notification to the NRC that Luminant Power is in full compliance with the requirements described in Attachments 1 and 2 of Order EA-2010-051 as of June 13,2011. Luminant Power intends to begin utilization of the CPNPP ISFSI in July, 2011.
This communication contains no new licensing basis commitments regarding Comanche Peak Units 1 and 2.
