[ The RCS 02 sample test was performed only twice during the -week ending 12-2-00.

I This is not in accordance with the Surveillance requirements of T.S. 4.l.b and I Table T.S. 4.1-2 which requires the sample test to be performed three times per week, minimum, with a maximum of four days between sample tests.

The maximum of L four days between sample tests was not exceeded. Subsequent sample tests showed 0.'

L concentrations within T.S. limits. There was no effect on pi blic safety or plant, operation.
