Dear Sir or Madam:

By Reference 1, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) deferred the supplement to the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS) Cyber Security Plan until after the NRC staff has provided direction on further revision. By Reference 2, the NRC issued requests for additional information (RAI) on the PNPS Cyber Security Plan with responses due by February 15, 2011.

Entergy's responses to the RAI are provided in Attachment 1. Changes to Section 4.3, "Defense-In-Depth Protective Strategies," of the PNPS Cyber Security Plan will be made in accordance with the RAI responses as described in Attachment 1. In addition to Reference 1 resolution, other common industry issues are being resolved (i.e., cyber security records retention and implementation schedules); therefore, the PNPS Cyber Security Plan containing the changes due to the RAI responses will be submitted concurrently with the common industry issue resolutions. (See Attachment 2, List of Regulatory Commitments)

Entergy requests that Attachment 1 which contains security-related information, be withheld
