Although we have a bit of time due the ASLB recusal issue, Pilgrim wants to address all open items so our resources can be directed to other tasks. Once you can arrange for the reviewers availability please contact us so the call can scheduled. In the interim, Pilgrim is assembling a letter that will clarify each of the issues the emerged from the LRA 2009 annual update. We are still mulling over the buried pipe issue, but are almost ready to discuss.

- Fred, I dont want you to think Im forgetting about you. I never did hear from the reviewer about a call today.
Im going to focus completely on Palo Verde for the next two weeks to pull this SER together. Counsel is telling me nothing will happen until the Commission decides on the ASLBP appeal (recusal of Judge Abramsen), so I think weve got a bit of time.
Let me know if this is unacceptable and Ill see what I can do. If you all are still mulling over a buried piping response, then theres no rush.
