Entergy made note that I am scheduled to be in Cuba from March 12 to March 20 and I therefore request that the time from March 11 to March 20 be considered a "dead time" and not be accouted for in the time allowed for any pleadings that are due subsequent to the hearing and potential oral argument. The reasons for this request are that I am taking part in a cultural exchange program and the time in Cuba is tightly scheduled with lectures and events; also I am told not to expect any telephone or wireless capability. Alternatively if the hearing were March 2 ,d and 3, rd 1 would then have had a full week here to work, as required.

I understand Entergy's reasons for changing the hearing date; and, at the same time, I would appreciate your consideration of my request to accommodate the dates of any subsequent pleadings as described in the foregoing.
