SUMMARY
OF REGULATORY COMMITMENTS Introduction The following table identifies the regulatory commitments in this document. Any other statements in this submittal represent intended or planned actions, are provided for information purposes, and are not considered to be regulatory commitments. A summary of the planned modifications to PTN 3 and 4 included in the Licensing Report sections that are either required to support the EPU safety analyses, support operation at the uprated power level, or are enhancements not essential for EPU operation are provided separately in Licensing Report Section 1.0, Introduction.
Revise applicable procedures to support the EPU Post-LOCA cooling analyses. See Licensing Report Section 2.8.5.6.3.4, Post-LOCA Subcriticality and Long Term Cooling.

Revise applicable procedures to support loss of Residual Heat Removal while at reduced inventory analysis. See Licensing Report Section 2.8.7.3, Loss of Residual Heat Removal at Reduced Inventory.

Revise applicable procedures to implement the manual operator actions required to achieve safe shutdown for fires in each fire zone. See Licensing Report Section 2.5.1.4, Fire Protection.
4.
EPU power ascension testing will be performed prior to operation of each unit at EPU conditions. See Licensing Report Sections 2.11.1, Human Factors, and 2.12.1, Power Ascension and Testing Plan.
