OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION - CLOSEOUT OF BULLETIN 2007-1 SECURITY OFFICER ATTENTIVENESS (TAC NO. MD7628)
The purpose of this memorandum is to provide document the closure TAC No. MD7628 relating to the response from Exelon Generation Company, LLC regarding Bulletin 2007-01, Security Officer Attentiveness. A closeout letter documenting the NRC staffs review was sent out on April 2, 2010, however, the TAC was inadvertently left open. The letter to the licensee is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System under accession No. ML100780056.
