RE: RAI Response Sorry, we don't have electronic copies. The only paper copy is with our ADAMS folks who are diligently processing it into the electronic files.

RE: RAI Response Thanks Joel, Many of the RAI responses TVA submitted refer to the attachments, so the sooner we get them the better. Staff have been reviewing the letter that TVA sent and there are some questions/clarifications that have come up. Once we review the whole package, we would like to schedule a call with TVA to discuss some of the items. At this time, I know we will need to discuss a few hydrology, land use, and aquatic questions. Once we see the rest of the submittal, there may be a few more areas that need clarification, but we will let you know.

Thanks, Amanda 2

RE: RAI Response Hi Dennis, Do you have all the attachments that go with this RAI response? This is only part of the submittal and many of the responses reference the attachments. I will check with the team about the availability the week of the 24th and get back to you. It looks like TVA has answered all the questions, with the exception of H16, which they say they will have to NRC by April 23rd. I will also send these out to the team to have them check on completeness of the responses. I will let you know if we need clarification on any of the RAI responses.

Thanks -
