UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO - ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT REGARDING RENEWAL OF FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-102 FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO AGN-201 REACTOR (TAC NO. ME1590)
Dear Dr. Prinja:
Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact regarding the application submitted by University of New Mexico dated February 21, 2007, as supplemented by letter dated November 9, 2009, for a renewed Facility Operating License No. R-102 for the University of New Mexico AGN-201M Reactor. The proposed action would renew Facility Operating License No. R-102 for twenty years from the date of issuance of the renewed license. The enclosed is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
