Dear Sir:
By letter dated January 7, 1982 you requested that the documents listed in the enclosure to your letter should be submitted directly to your contractor, Franklin Research Center (FRc).
This letter confirms that the requested information was forwarded to FRC.
In addition, the submittal'also contains other analyses, reports and recent assessments of safety-related penetrations at Indian Point 3.
The Westinghouse report of test results of Hydrogen Flame Recombiner, WCAP-7301-L, is not included in this submittal. Due to the proprietary nature of the report, a written authorization for release has been requested from the Westinghouse. WCAP 7301-L will be submitted as soon as the Authority receives the Westinghouse authorization. Also, it is the Authority's understanding that the NRC is in the possession of this report.
