Dominion - Mixing Vane Grid Spacing Restriction submittals (TAC ME2321, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7)

Gary:

On 8/28/09 Dominion submitted a request to remove restrictions on the subject issue for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry. The submittal was supplemented by a Dominion letter on 11/20/2009. Our review of the the two submittals is covered by the above seven TAC numbers.

We have completed acceptance review per NRR Office Instruction LIC-109 and found the submittals acceptable for review. If you have any questions, please contact me or the other NRC project managers for Dominion plants.
