We are evaluating the subject submittal (ADAMS Accession No. ML092430338) for acceptance review per NRR Office Instruction LIC-109, Rev. 1. Our reviewer, Tony Attard, found that it is lacking in technical contents. Specifically, its technical/safety evaluation section is missing completely.
