John, As we discussed yesterday, the technical staff noted in its acceptance review that the TS wording did not include the specific revision number of the implementing document (i.e.,

Revision 2A of TR NEI 94-01), but in the technical justification section of the application, the specific revision is referenced. As I mentioned, the proposed TS markups should support, and be consistent with, the licensee's submitted technical evaluation. Additionally, if there are exceptions being proposed to an implementing document, those would be stated in the application accordingly.

Please let me know when you would like to discuss this further. We can also support a conference call for more clarification with the tech staff, if needed.
