Appendix K License Amendment Request As previously discussed, we would like to request a change to the implementation period for Unit 2 MUR power uprate due to the extended time required for resolution of various NRC questions about the license amendment request. The original requested timeframe required implementation on Unit 2 within 180 days of the end of the 2009 Unit 2 outage. We would like to revise this requested implementation timeframe to allow implementation within 180 days of issuance of the approved amendment request.
Please let me know if this change is not acceptable.
