MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT NO.3 - CORRECTION TO ACCEPTANCE REVIEW REGARDING THIRD 10-YEAR INSERVICE INSPECTION PROGRAM INTERVAL
Dear Mr. Heacock:
By letter dated June 25, 2009, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML091750997), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an acceptance review regarding the relief request Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) submitted in association with the Millstone Power Station, Unit NO.3 third 1O-year inservice inspection program interval. After issuance, the NRC staff discovered that the docket number for Unit 2 (50-336) was inadvertently referenced in the letter. Docket number 50-423 for Unit NO.3 should have been referenced.
