LIC-109 acceptance review for ME1143 thru ME1146, Brunswick Unit 1, Request Number RR-42 thru 45, Proposed Alternative in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(a)(g)(5)(iii)
- Bill, The NRC staff completed the acceptance review of the Relief requests (RRs) associated with TACs ME1143 thru ME1146 per LIC-109. The NRC staff finds the subject RRs to be acceptable for review in that the relief requests reasonably appear to contain sufficient technical information, both in scope and depth, for the staff to complete the detailed technical review and render, in an appropriate time frame, an assessment of the proposed action with regard to applicable regulatory requirements and the protection of public health, safety, and security.
The acceptance review may result in some questions that will need to be addressed informally or formally prior to the completion of the staff's final assessment of the RRs.
