Acceptance Review - TAC ME0987
- Dan, The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed the acceptance review, per LIC-109, of Crystal River, Unit 3 - ASME OM Code relief request RR-09-001-IT (TAC ME0987). The NRC staff finds this relief request to be acceptable for review in that the request reasonably appears to contain sufficient technical information, both in scope and depth, for the staff to complete the detailed technical review and render, in an appropriate time frame, an assessment of the proposed action with regard to applicable regulatory requirements and the protection of public health, safety, and security.
The detailed technical review may result in some questions that will need to be addressed informally or formally prior to the completion of the staff's final assessment of the relief request.
