KEWAUNEE POWER STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF AN APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT REGARDING CONTROL ROOM HABITABILITY (TAC NO. MD6773)
Dear Mr. Christian:
By letter dated September 14, 2007 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML072620144), Mr. Gerald T. Bischof applied for an amendment to the Kewaunee Power Station, Facility Operating License No. DPR-43. The proposed amendment would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining to control room envelope habitability in accordance with Technical Specification Task Force (TSTF) Change Traveler, TSTF-448-A, Revision 3. Subsequently, by letter dated December 17, 2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML083530984), Mr. J. Alan Price withdrew the application for amendment.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
