LIC-109 acceptance review for ME0168/9 Adoption of TSTF-478 (CLIIP) to implement Revised Rule for Combustible Gas Control for Brunswick
- Bill, The NRC staff completed the acceptance review of the LAR associated with TACs ME0168 &
ME0169 per LIC-109. The NRC staff finds the subject LAR to be acceptable for review in that the application reasonably appears to contain sufficient technical information, both in scope and depth, for the staff to complete the detailed technical review and render, in an appropriate time frame, an assessment of the proposed action with regard to applicable regulatory requirements and the protection of public health, safety, and security.
The acceptance review did result in some questions that will need to be addressed informally or formally prior to the completion of the staff's final assessment of the LAR.
