Purpose:

Discuss FENOC fleet wide performance with FENOC management. The NRCs Policy Statement, Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting. The policy statement may be found on the NRC Web site, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding visitors and security.

Meeting Category: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe the meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

Notice of Significant Licensee Meeting Public Participation: Following the business portion of the meeting, members of the public will have an opportunity to discuss FENOCs performance and the role of the NRC in ensuring safe operations at the plants.

  • The NRCs Policy Statement, Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting. The policy statement may be found on the NRC Web site, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding visitors and security.
  • Handicapped persons requiring assistance to attend the meeting shall make their requests known to the NRC meeting contact no later than two business days prior to the meeting. Attendance by NRC personnel at this meeting should be made known by Monday, January 12, 2009, via telephone to the NRC meeting contact.

Note: Attendance at this meeting by NRC personnel, other than those listed above, should be made known to the NRC meeting contact by January 12, 2009.

Seating may be limited and will be available on a first-come basis. Inform the NRC meeting contact of your intention to attend by January 12, 2009. This step will ensure that sufficient copies of meeting materials are available.
