PURPOSE:
To meet with the public to receive comments on the draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) 36 to the Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants (NUREG-1437) for Beaver Valley Power Station, issued on September 23, 2008. The DSEIS is available on the NRC=s Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/nuregs/staff/sr1437/
supplement36/ and in the NRC=s publicly available Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). The ADAMS Accession Number is ML082600147. See the enclosed agenda and Federal Register Notice 73 FR 55165.

Those who wish to make comments may also register at the meeting within 15 minutes of the start of each session. Individual oral comments may be limited by the time available, depending on the number of persons who register.
