The operator has initiated an On The Spot Change (OTSC) to the procedure to change the component designators in the procedure to how the components are Iabeled in the field.

The applicable station drawings have been checked, and the opposite labeling problem has been confirmed.

An emergent downpower at Nope Creek is scheduled to begin shortl~ after the substation is transferred.
