INDIAN POINT NUCLEAR GENERATING UNIT NO. 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF A RELIEF REQUEST REGARDING INSERVICE TESTING PROGRAM FOR CONTAINMENT RECIRCULATION PUMP FLOWRATES (TAC NO. MD7517)
Dear Sir or Madam:
By letter dated December 18, 2007, you applied for a relief request for the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 2 inservice testing program. The proposed relief request would have established a lower pump test flowrate for the containment recirculation pumps for the 4th 10-year inservice testing interval at Indian Point Unit 2. Subsequently, by letter dated July 10, 2008, you withdrew the relief request.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff concurs with the withdrawal of this relief request.
TAC number MD7517 has been closed.
