DRAFT REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING APPLICATION FOR LICENSE RENEWAL (TAC MC5737)
The attached e-mail is a draft of RAIs regarding the MST application for license renewal and was sent to Mr. William Bonzer of MSTR by email on April 29, 2008 in preparation for upcoming discussions. Review of the RAI would allow the licensee to identify areas where clarification may be needed, as well as determine and agree upon a schedule for responding to the RAI.
This memorandum and its attachment do not convey a formal request for information or represent a NRC position.
