Effective March 10, 2008, Mr. Michael E. Buchmann will replace Mr. Ward L. Rigot as the facility director. This is an outcome of Mr. Rigot's retirement from Dow. In a related move, Dr. Siaka 0. Yusuf will replace Mr. Rigot as reactor supervisor. Both Mr.

Buchmann and Dr. Yusuf meet the requirements for these positions as described in ANSI/ANS 15.4-1988 Standard.

Additionally, Mr. Rigot will maintain his NRC Senior Reactor Operator's license.
