CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NOS. 360, 362, AND 361 FOR OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 (TAC NOS. MD2129, MD2130, AND MD2131)
Dear Mr. Hamilton:
By letter dated February 21, 2008 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession Number ML080320062), Amendment Nos. 360, 362, and 361 were issued to Renewed Facility Operating Licenses DPR-38, DPR-47, and DPR-55, for Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The following errors were made in the safety evaluation (SE): (1) On page 2, the last word in the first sentence of Section 3.0 should have been bricks, instead of blocks; (2) On page 2, the word block should have inserted between concrete and masonry in the first sentence of Section 3.1; (3) On page 3, 2CC in the last sentence of Section 3.3 should have been ICC; (4) On page 3, EDM-140" in the first sentence of Section 3.5 and the first sentence in the second paragraph of Section 3.5 should have been EDM-410; and (5) On page 3, ASTM P4541" in the first sentence in the second paragraph of Section 3.5 should have been ASTM D4541.
Enclosed are the corrected pages of the SE. We regret any inconvenience these errors may have created.
