SURRY POWER STATION UNIT 1 INSERVICE INSPECTION OWNER'S ACTIVITY REPORT As allowed by ASME Code Case N-532-4, "Repair/ Replacement Activity Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission, Section Xl, Division 1," the Form OAR-1 for Surry Unit 1 refueling outage S1 R21 is enclosed. This document contains in Tables 1 and 2 the reporting requirements for the second period of the fourth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 1 from May 27, 2006 through the duration of the S1 R21 refueling outage that was completed on December 1, 2007. The second period ends on October 13, 2010.
This document also contains in Table 3 the reporting requirements for the first period of the fourth ten-year inservice inspection interval for Surry Unit 1 from December 4, 2004 through the duration of the S1R20 refueling outage that was completed on May 27, 2006. The first period ended on October 13, 2006. Due to an administrative error, Table 3 was inadvertently omitted from the previous Surry Unit 1 OAR-1 submittal letter dated August 18, 2006. The previous Surry Unit 1 Form OAR-1 was submitted as allowed by ASME Code Case N-532-1 "Alternative Requirements to Repair and Replacement Documentation Requirements and Inservice Summary Report Preparation and Submission,Section XI, Division 1".
