If I my inquiry was correct, the response to RAI #1 should satisfy the RAI from IOLB.

This should allow you to proceed with preparing the supplemental submission to respond to the RAIs.

If I was not correct, please let me know.

I received the following response from Operator Licensing and Human Performance Branch (IOLB) Reviewer:

This should be sufficient.

We aren't looking for detailed internal charts with the names of the individual.

This information will satisfy out RAI.

I asked for the following:

Since Operator Licensing and Human Performance Branch (IOLB) could not attend the teleconference today, I want to relate the licensee's request for clarification of the RAI from IOLB.

The RAI from PFPB is as follows:

"1. The application provides narrative, but not graphic, depictions of the Entergy organizations involved in the restructuring. Graphic information is necessary for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff to clarify its understanding of the overall aspects of the proposed restructuring. Therefore, please provide corporate structure charts showing both the existing (before restructuring) structure and the proposed new (after restructuring) structure, including at a minimum the following entities: Entergy Corporation, Entergy Gulf States, Inc. (EGS), EGS Holdings, Inc. (EGS Holdings), Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, LLC (EGS-LA), Entergy Texas, Inc., and Entergy Operations, Inc."

The RAI from PFPB requests organization information about the relationship between different organizations involved (EGS, Inc, EOI, EGS Holdings, EGS-LA, etc.), not the detailed internal organization charts. It is not clear whether the information about the relationship between different organizations involved, would satisfy your RAI.

Please clarify so that I can convey the clarification to River Bend.

If you must have the internal detailed organization charts, the chart for EGS-LA is not final, so would it be sufficient for River Bend to provide general organization structure without the names
