Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.1203(c) the staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Staff) herein notifies the Licensing Board and the parties that it has updated the hearing file. In accordance with the Boards Memorandum and Order of April 17, 2007, at 8, the Staff is not updating its mandatory disclosures, but will inform the Board if information warranting disclosure comes to light.

Materials in this supplement may be accessed through the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). An index containing the ADAMS accession number, date, and title or description of each item in this supplement is appended hereto as Attachment 1.
