OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION, UNITS 1, 2, AND 3 - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NOS. 350, 352, AND 351 (TAC NOS. MC4179, MC4180, AND MC4181)
Dear Mr. Hamilton:
By letter dated June 1, 2006, we issued Amendment Nos. 350, 352, and 351 to Renewed Facility Operating Licenses DPR-38, DPR-47, and DPR-55, respectively, for the Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. The amendments were issued in response to your application dated August 20, 2004, supplemented January 31, 2006. Also, by letter dated April 4, 2005, we issued Amendment Nos. 344, 345, and 345 in response to your application dated September 20, 2004.
These two sets of amendments contained common pages 3.3.8-2, 3.3.8-3, and 3.3.8-5. The September 20, 2004, application requested changes on these common three pages that were incorporated in the Technical Specifications by the issuance of Amendments Nos. 344, 345, and 345. Amendment Nos. 350, 352, and 351 were issued using pages that you proposed in your August 20, 2004, application; therefore, Amendment Nos. 350, 352, and 351 did not incorporate the changes that had been made on these three common pages by Amendment Nos. 344, 345, and 345. Furthermore, your September 20, 2004, application proposed a change to the Bases that you incorporated after receipt of Amendment Nos. 344, 345, and 345.
This Bases change was also omitted in Amendment Nos. 350, 352, and 351.
Enclosed are corrected pages 3.3.8-2, 3.3.8-3, 3.3.8-5, and B 3.3.8-14. We regret any inconvience that this error may have caused.
