DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION:
SW PUMP D LOW BRG WATER ALARM WAS RECIEVED AFTER SECURING D SW PUMP.
GLAND WATER FLOWS AND PRESSURES WERE NORMAL WHEN CHECKED SEVERAL MINUTES AFTER THE ALARM HAD COME IN AND CLEARED.
ALARM SHOULD NOT HAVE COME IN REQUIREMENT NOT MET:
ALARM ON LOW BEARING FLOW WHEN SECURING PUMP METHOD OF DISCOVERY:
CONTROL ROOM ALARM IMMEDIATE ACTIONS TAKEN:
CHECKED GLAND WATER FLOW AND PRESSURE-NO OTHER ACTION REQUIRED-ALARM CLEARED ON IT'S OWN AFTER SEVERAL SECONDS RECOMMENDATIONS:
