On January 5, 2006, the Petitioners in this case (Nuclear Information and Resources Service, Jersey Shore Nuclear Watch, Inc., Grandmothers, Mothers and More for Energy Safety, New Jersey Public Interest Research Group, New Jersey Sierra Club, and New Jersey Environmental Federation) filed an unopposed request for an extension of time to January 13, 2006 to respond to AmerGens Motion to Strike dated December 29, 2005. The Petitioners stated that the additional time was necessary because they recently retained new counsel who required additional time to become familiar with the case.
