Please review and assign further corrective actions as required.

Response

The cause of this is that the soil under the cinderblock wall was not compacted when the FSB was built over 30 years ago.

There is no other area for this project where excavation activities beneath a wall will be required. The hole has been filled in and shored. The shoring will be removed at the appropriate time as the new loading bay floor is installed in 2005 and 2006.

There is no need to create an additional CA to track this since the new floor must be installed (cannot be cancelled) in order for the plant to function normally during refueling outages. No further action required.
