Dear Mr. Gannon:

By letter dated November 12, 2002, as supplemented March 5, 2004, you applied for amendments to Facility Operating License No. DPR-71 and Facility Operating License No.

Subsequently, by letter dated August 25, 2005, you withdrew the amendment request.

The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Applications for Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
