RCS P/T Limits 3.4.3 3.4 REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM (RCS) 3.4.3 RCS Pressure and Temperature (P/T) Limits LCO 3.4.3 RCS pressure, RCS temperature, and RCS heatup and cooldown rates shall be maintained within the limits specified in Figures 3.4.3-1 and 3.4.3-2 with:
I
- a. A maximum heatup of 601F in any one hour. period;
- b. A maximum cooldown of 1000F in any one hour period; and
- c. A maximum temperature change of 100F in any one hour period during inservice hydrostatic and leak testing operations above the heatup and cooldown limit curves.

Three pressurizer safety valves shall be OPERABLE with lift settings of 2485 psig, +2%./-3% average with no single valve outside *3%.
MODES 1, 2, and 3, MODE 4 with all RCS cold leg temperatures > 2800F.

-NOTE-The lift settings are not required to be within the LCO limits during MODES 3 and 4 for the purpose of setting the pressurizer safety valves under ambient (hot) conditions.

LTOP System 3.4.12 3.4 REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM (RCS) 3.4.12 Low Temperature Overpressure Protection (LTOP) System LCO 3.4.12 An LTOP System shall be OPERABLE with a maximum of one charging pump and one low head safety injection (LHSI) pump capable of injecting into the RCS and the accumulators isolated, with power removed from the isolation valve operators, and one of the following pressure relief capabilities:
- a. Two power operated relief valves (PORVs) with lift setting allowable values of: _ _
