S E Stem does not provide enough information to assume that an EOP-2 entry would not occur. Therefore answer B could be correct.. The answei must be based on procedural guidance for the given conditions.

Barry Steve, I used EOP-2 and walked through the procedure and it lec me to EP-2 (copy of high-lighted procedure attached) Weak distractom will replace immediate with required procedurally driven in question S Borderline SRO ONLY - based on correct answer Interface with TS How is this ALARA? - provides commuication to staff to minimize

4. Check the appropriate box if a job content error is identified:

The question is not linked to the job requirements (Le., the question has a valid WA but, as written, is not operational in content).

The question requires the recall of knowledge that is too specific for the closed reference test mode (Le., it is not required to be known from memory)

The question contains data with an unrealistic level of accuracy or inconsistent units (e.g., panel meter in percent with question in gallons).

The question requires reverse logic or application compared to the job requirements.

5. Check questions that are samDled for conformance with the approved WA and those that are designated SRO-only (WA and license level mismatches are unacceptable).
6. Based on the reviewers judgment, is the question as written (U)nacceptable (requiring repair or replacement), in need of (E)ditorial enhancement, or (S)atisfactory?
7. At a minimum, explain any U ratings (e.q., how the Appendix B psychometric attributes are not being met).
