HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION AND SALEM GENERATING STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR LICENSE TRANSFER APPLICATION (TAC NOS. MC6365, MC6366, AND MC6367)
Dear Mr. Levis:
On April 19, 2005, members of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff had an informational telephone conference with representatives of Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) and Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSEG) regarding the requests for license transfers dated March 3, 2005, and March 8, 2005, respectively. As a part of the conversations, EGC and PSEG agreed to provide the following information to the NRC:
1.
identification of the Securities and Exchange Commission filings that contain the information specific to the merger, 2.
confirmation that there are no intermediate companies above EGC in the new corporate structure other than Exelon Ventures, 3.
confirmation that the Exelon Nuclear Group is a business unit rather than a separate company, 4.
an organization chart showing the relationship between the Exelon Nuclear Group and EGC, 5.
all information as described in 10 CFR 50.33(d)(3) for EGC, Exelon Ventures, and Exelon Electric & Gas Corporation to the extent not yet provided, and 6.
the assumptions that were used in the development of the projected income statement.
W. Levis In a telephone call with K. Ainger, a member of the merger transition team, on April 21, 2005, it was agreed that the above information would be provided by May 23, 2005.
