SUBJECT:
PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION, UNIT 3 - CORRECTION TO ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE (TAC NO. MC2962)
Dear Mr. Crane:
On October 28, 2004, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to Renewed Facility Operating License (FOL) No. DPR-56 for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 3 (Peach Bottom 3). This amendment was necessary to ensure implementation of design basis threat Order requirements.
Page 3 of the Peach Bottom 3 Renewed Facility Operating License as issued in our October 28, 2004, letter, contained an error in paragraph C.(2) in that it incorporated Technical Specifications through Amendment 252. It should have incorporated Technical Specifications through Amendment No. 253. There were also 2 minor omissions from the page and one typographical error on the page.
Enclosed is a corrected copy of page 3 of the Peach Bottom 3 Renewed FOL. If you have any questions, I can be reached at (301) 415-1494.
Sincerely,
/RA/
