The Requirements of NG-EN-00324 need to be considered In the evaluation of this CR.
Containment Spray piping flanged connection nuts have surface rust.
A digital photo was taken to document the Inspection: 653-4P-11 Identified during the Reactor Head Degradation Extent of Condition Program. Inspection documented per IP-M-029.
Additional evaluation of the affected areas per the Extent of Condition Program Plan will be needed. No Immediate actions are required.
