U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room O16-B-4 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE:
The licensee requested the meeting to explain its application dated September 17, 2004, for the replacement of steam generators to be installed at the plant in Refueling Outage 14 (Fall of 2005)
(see attached agenda).

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
Certain portions of this meeting will be closed to the public because the staff has determined that the information is proprietary in nature.
