Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 - I&M's Physical Security Plan with NRC RAIs Incorporated from NRC Review of I&M's Submittal of a Revised Security Plan, dated April 29, 2004 By letter dated April 29, 2004, Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M), the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, Facility Operating Licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74, submitted a revised Security Plan for review and approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to comply with NRC Order EA-03-086.
By letters dated June16, 2004, June 25, 2004, July 9, 2004 and July 23, 2004, the NRC made requests for additional information (RAI) on the revised Security Plan.
By letters dated July 8, 2004, July 13, 2004, July 26, 2004, August 12, 2004, and August 31, 2004, I&M responded to these RAIs.
The enclosure to this letter provides I&M's Physical Security Plan with changes incorporated from the above RAI correspondences.
Additionally, minor administrative changes were made to the Physical Security Plan to correct typos, formatting, and ensure proper reference to the licensee, I&M.
NOTE: THE ENCLOSURE TO THIS LET7ER CONTAINS "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY. UPON SEPARATION OF THE ENCLOSURE, THIS LETTER IS "DECONTROLLED".
