LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room O-8B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: To discuss proposed Amendment 33 to the Duke Energy Corporation Topical Report, Duke-1A. This supplement is related to the licensees request dated December 18, 2002, as supplemented by letters dated April 24 and October 16, 2003, to modify the Quality Assurance Program for the Catawba, McGuire, and Oconee Nuclear Stations.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
