Dear Mr. Hinnant:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Ms. C. Ionescu of your staff and myself of this office on June 30, 2004, concerning a meeting which was scheduled for July 28, 2004, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (EST). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the performance of Progress Energy Nuclear Facilities. The details on the meeting are described in the enclosure.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
