R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant - Order Approving Transfer of License From Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation to R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC and Approving Conforming Amendment, issued May 28, 2004
Dear Mr. Dyer:
In accordance with the subject Order, the referenced letter notified the NRC that all non-NRC regulatory approvals required to transfer Ginna Station were received as of May 24, 2004. Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, Constellation Generation Group, LLC, and R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC hereby notify the NRC that the closing of the sale and transfer of Ginna Station will occur on June 10, 2004. Accordingly, we respectfully request that the conforming amendments to the license be issued and made effective as of the closing on June 10, 2004.
