Re: NMSS-2002-A-0002 Chris The NMSS allegation coordinator, Bob O'Connell was using the info our inspection provided to respond to the alleger. At this time, I don't see a need for RIII to do an inspection. The alleger's future actions may change that but our request to examine the CornEd procedures need not be done.

Paul, You initially requested Ril assistance for this one, but when I spoke to you after the inspection there, youthought it would not be necessary. Did your panel agree? I want to delete the AITS item we gave ourselves if so.
