INITIATING CUE:

1. Place Reactor Recirculation Pumps on Master Manual Control IAW HC.OP-SO.BB-0002.
2. Then raise Reactor power to 70% with Reactor Recirculation Pump speed. Do not exceed a power change of 15% RTP in one hour.

Successful Completion Criteria:

I. All critical steps completed.

2. All sequential steps completed in order.
3. All time-critical steps completed within allotted time.
4. JPM completed within validated time. Completion time may exceed the validated time if satisfactory progress is being made.
